Administrative Associate/Receptionist

Your role and responsibilities would include the following, but are not limited to:

Manage heavy email traffic both internally and externally;

Manage client database;

Data intake, document scanning, copying and filing;

Tax return assembly work;

Maintain and schedule appointments for Owners, CPA’s and clients;

Manage incoming/outgoing mail, mail log and office supplies;

Respond to routine correspondence;

Light bookkeeping responsibilities;

Errands and other clerical tasks.

Reliable, punctual, courteous and flexible;

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe;

Ability to take direction well and work independently;

Excellent written and oral communication skills;

Well organized, responsible, reliable and energetic.

If you have worked for a CPA firm before and your job was keeping the office, the clients and the owner organized and on task, we want you.  The work is full time.

Bookkeeper/Entry Level Staff Accountant

Your role and responsibilities would include the following, but are not limited to:

General bookkeeping;

Accounts receivable;

Accounts payable;

Bank reconciliations;

Payroll processing and quarterly reports;

Sales tax;

Individual and business income tax preparation.
